Baltic Compass' work package on governance has written a position paper on phosphorus, entitled Governance Innovations for Improved Phosphorus Management and Reuse - Voices from the Baltic Sea Region
The paper will be used as basis for further communication with policy fora and actors, incl. the European Commission with regards to the EU Green Paper on Sustainable Phosphorus. Baltic Compass is therefore now asking for your input; if you want to contribute to the green paper, please contact us with suggestions. We welcome comments on how to improve phosphorus management and reuse, and also on whether the paper addresses the issues from all angles.

We kindly ask you to submit your comments by 10 August 2012, after which the paper will be fed into the European Commission consultation process on the Green Paper on Sustainable Phosphorus, and to inform HELCOM and relevant national platforms.
You can read the full report here.
